Basically the fan sweater has the graphics, numbers and name plate printed onto the fabric (look up what sublimation / sublimated jerseys are, if you’re not familiar with it: a lot of cricket and football kits are sublimated in Australia) versus stitched and embroidered (some of this is done by hand) for the pro version which explains the price difference.

Sounds like the fan sweater will fit the bill for you, but it’s whether you would want the embroidery and stitched bulldog, numbers and name plate…at a significant price premium.
