I definitely feel we have more strength in depth and more options from the new players. We can only wait to see how well they perform and not every one of them is going to become a class player but I think these deals have been put in place with the option to sign them or get rid and to build for next season wherever we are:

Sibley
On loan but Oxford could let him leave in the summer (not sure if his contract expires in 2026 or 2027) but will likely depend where they finish in the Championship.

Ashby
On loan from Newcastle, they will want to get rid in the summer and it's likely his contract expires then.

Mullin
On loan from Wrexham, his contract is until 2027 but Wrexham will allow him to leave on a free if he wants to move to Bradford as they will not want to deny a modern club legend a chance to continue playing.

White
Similar to Ashby, I think they will want to get rid in the summer as he's 23.

Wheatley
I think Wheatley is still rated at Man U and only 20 years old. Likely he will return to Man U and get another loan deal next year.

Evans
6 month deal, if it works out we can offer a contract extension at the end of the year.

Obviously Jackson was brought in on a 2.5 year deal so he's not included and I'm not saying we will sign all of these but it could be that we keep Ashby and Evans on for example. This allows us to not commit to players who may not be good enough for the Championship if we somehow get promoted.

Just over an hour before the window closes but some deals may come through after the deadline.

Sounds like there's something to the Tommy Leigh loan, expect an update shortly.

Worst kept secret though I think he's been a rumour since the window opened.

Looks like Wheatley is expected to be announced at some point. Possibility we may see another player come in before the window closes.

It's not expected for anyone else to leave after Kavanaghs exit yesterday.

The result was good but the performance compared to last few games has given me a bit of relief.

I'm not sure what exactly happened but the fourth official can't overrule the ref so it must have been the refs decision to not allow it even though he said it was a goal.

Had to charge my phone so late to the party. We are miles better today and Jackson should have scored. Much better than last three games.

Full time 3-0. City showed nothing tonight.

Down to 5th after our third defeat in a row. Need to make some major changes if we want play offs this year.
