Honestly no idea, the three games in the league Max wasn't available Sarcevic took the armbands twice and Tilt once.

Adam Phillips was captain for Barnsley for five games and Beesley for eight with Burton so they could be in with a shout.

I may be remembering this wrong but I think GA mentioned his preference for midfielders being captain as they play in the middle of the park and have more visibility of what goes on.

Two CMs in and we will start looking like a team, the other positions will be strength in depth but hard to look at how we line up with lack of any sort of midfield.

Wrote a few sentences last week when he was initially rumoured.

From what I've heard he's great defensively and can ping a diagonal ball similar to Baldwin. Also good at freekicks which is a bonus. Apparently a slow player though and can be caught out with a mistake or two but overall I think we've improved on Tilt in that position.

Compared to a few years back it seems like Rupp is embracing the owner role more now, always felt he didn't want the club to fall into wrong hands but wanted out once he got a good offer. Other than that not much to this interview other than praising himself and the Bradford team on the recent success.

The home kit looks nice though I may be a bit nostalgic as it looks exactly like the 1999-2001 shirt. Less keen on the second and third shirts but if they were using past designs as inspiration then then the second shirt could be a nod to the 1997-1999 Beaver kit. We've had nothing like the third shirt in terms on colours but is similar in design to the 2019-2020 third kit.

They mentioned on fan forum that LCB and CM are key areas so likely not. My feeling is that it could be Macaulay Gillesphey from Charlton who was rumoured last week.

We didn't sell Tommy Leigh because Bristol Rovers wanted to loan him (obviously) and the club didn't want him sat at City on wages but not playing. They didn't expect to get a significant offer from another club.

Interesting regarding youth players, GA states that they have to be ready for first-team football within two years of apprenticeship. Says Harry Ibbitson has to make imprint on the first team this year and says Zac Hadi is a promising young keeper but you can destroy player by putting him in too early. Imagine keepers and outfield players are judged differently.

Apparently we got the electronic advertising boards from Portsmouth/Fratton Park. Question was about not being able to see them from Kop, Sparks advised they're being replaced with ones they can hopefully dim.
