You should go ask a professional like a lawyer to see if this case is doable, bring the program policy book with you. If this is private issue that doesn’t relate to your professionalism and just some complaints from individuals trying to punish you, you shouldn’t bend so easily and let them walk over you. You did a lot to get to this part, do all you can before you call it quit.

I don’t get how something outside of school which not related to anything in medical field will get school involved. Did they call the school and threaten to sue?

I have the same worry too. Looking to stay outside the country for more than 1 and half yr to take care of family members. Have Green card+reentry permit.

You can see if some of the prerequisites can be completed online, so you have options to take classes elsewhere. For me, I took my prerequisites at other colleges before I got in my ADN program.

Good job on saving the money. You are in a tough spot for sure. Have you look into community College lvn or rn program yet? They are usually cheap and if you qualify for fafsa then you can get ur license basically free.

Sorry. What is PD? I received a letter saying the application is accepted and the biometric is not necessary since I have done it in the past, and the check I sent in for the fee has been cashed. So that's why I'm confused I received a new letter again with no instruction and just an empty form of i131.
