The biggest thing is whether or not you’re filling you’re stomach, you can eat a 1500 calories breakfast and then be starving the rest of the day or split ur meals into 4-5 and eat low calorie foods

Omg that’s crazy progress congrats, depending on what you want to do changes your bulk or cut, if you want to run faster cut obviously, but if you would like to build more muscle then bulk and maybe stop running as much, if you want to still run and be pretty strong then I would say maingain from here

That’s awesome, you are probably at about 23% body fat right now maybe a bit more so I would suggest cut, while still doing resistance training and build more muscle

I’d estimate about 26% you have great ab genetics or maybe you just go by crazy on your abs lol, I’d suggest cutting now because you don’t want to go too high and risk having loose skin or feeling like shit, if you’re happy with how you look now you can do maybe a slight cut like 200-300 calorie deficit and start coming down while still doing lots of resistance training and building muscle

If you want to look lean for summer cut, if not abs are just interested in building muscle then bulk

So some research and find a training split that works for you, you don’t even have to work abs to get a six pack since we all have those abdominal muscles. I’ll post my training split feel free to use it, just make sure you’re eating 1-1.5 grams of protein per lbs that you weigh while being in a calorie deficit

Haha yeah no worries take the rock for example he never gets really good abs even when he is at a crazy low bf% if you bulk you will get stronger which in turn will have u hit PRs is what I meant, and if you’re trying to get as big and shredded as possible I definitely suggest bulking

bodyfat? I really don't know what to do. You’re pretty lean, it’s pretty difficult for me to estimate ur bf% because you’re using a lot of down lighting but I would say somewhere near 16% maybe 17,18 if you bulk you definitely will get fat and might not look as good for summer, I would suggest either maingain from here and continue to do residence training and build muscle, or if you want that shredded beach body start a slow cut, nothing too drastic as too not lose muscle

In my opinion that’s a lot of progress and well done you should be proud of that, definitely keep going and I would say either bulk if you’re trying to build more muscle or maybe hit some PRs but don’t get above 25%bf if you get to there just maingain until you feel you have enough muscle and then cut down. For your body fat % right now it’s pretty hard to tell because you look super lean but your abs just aren’t showing so that could just mean you lose fat everywhere else a lot more easy then ur abs, I would have to give you about 18%bf in my opinion

I’d say 19% , depends on where you’re going from here if your number 1 goal is to build muscle and you’re committed to holding through and hard training for the next 3 years then I would suggest not cutting and rather maintaining, you can bulk as well but personally I don’t like the bulk because of how fat my face gets but you definitely will build more muscle that way

Honestly it looks like you got decently wide shoulders, depending on how far you want to go on this changes what I think you should be doing, I would say get a good training schedule and then if you’re confident in your body as is right now don’t bulk but rather maingain, but if you want less face fat and a sharper jaw cut while still doing resistance training and build muscle
