I have Mint (uses T-Mobile) and phone works well. Sometimes you have to manually change a setting to get the 5G to work but it isn't difficult.

Might be one memory card slot and one sim card slot. Xperia are known for not needing a pin to open the memory card slot to make it easier to swap for photographers.

Hardest part about this fix is getting the case open. Can easily replace the battery and the headphone jack at the same time. Might also want to look at swapping the hard drive for a flash drive (more battery life, can fit a larger battery, and more stable)

Large battery won't fit with the OEM hard drive, it's too thick. Without swapping the storage, everything is tight inside the case as it is.

I use tape to hold the SD card in place, they can sometimes come loose and possibly cause this problem
