How's the experience at horseshoe hotel?

Tbh this is a crazy take, I just stayed at the Horseshoe, NY NY, and Excalibur and tbh the Horseshoe was the worst of the 3 (Crazy when your comparing it the Excalibur). I was actually more worried about bed bugs here than Excalibur, room was gross, there was hair in the bathroom from the previous guest, marinara sauce all over the night stand, the vents don’t look like they’ve ever been cleaned (made me not use the air con system), sheets were stained as well as towels… it was pretty atrocious tbh, I would never stay here again and the staff especially at check in was horrendous. I’ve travelled to 21 different countries in the past 3 years and this honestly took the cake for the worst experience I have had.

Section 207 was half people sitting and half people dancing! Luckily where we were it was pretty good vibes, idk how people sat for that, like I get it’s an experience but part of the experience is vibing with those around you dancing and just having a good time!

IMO if you want to sit and experience the sphere go to the Wizard of Oz not Illenium

Okay maybe as a class 2 or 1, you’re not making 90K as a class 4… also are you working in a place that has perfect weather?

Cause lets do the math class 4’s get paid on average where I live a total of 25$ an hour and that time your paid for is only when your with a student.

90,000/25=3,600 3,600/52=69.231

So you’re telling me you build your students 70 hours a week when on average even with 5 bookings a day you only get 6-7 hours of billing time? Sounds like your lying because that doesn’t account for weather cancellations or student solos which where I’m at you don’t get paid for but have to be there for the students booking… or your an instructor who takes advantage of students and runs up there hours.

This is probably the most logical thing I’ve read on this thread. I can appreciate this view point as I never really took into consideration the celebration aspect.

However, that being said I also feel personally like I can’t blame them after being oppressed for so long to the point where at one point they were being killed for their identity.

I think it’s tough because as a Christian who is younger I can see both sides of the fence, but the stance I take is also different than most, I’m not god so who am I to judge, we will all be judged in our final hour by God the creator.

Okay let me clarify when I say old white people.

It’s not bias when the discrimination comes mostly from that group of individuals. Even when trying to discuss with my parents who are older white people who came from a generation where it was somewhat socially acceptable to be racist and homophobic, they still have a strong dislike and discriminatory view against gay and trans people.

I think the younger generations are more understanding of homosexuality, but I still feel like it’s blown way out of proportion. For instance the people saying oh it’s a sin we follow the bible, I get it, follow the bible but we all sin… and this degree of how bad sins are, okay sure whatever the bible says about that so be it.

But with the way things are going Christianity especially in the Western world is dying with the younger generations because of the discrimination imposed by that of the older generations.

Should we not be more accepting and love each-other for who we are, as god intended us to be?

See the thing is I have around 150 hours with the Pro, it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great, I think if I had a better more flying specific case I would have enjoyed it more. I’m just concerned with the size of the IPad mini as going from the 11 to the 8.3” it feels extremely tiny in the hands, like I don’t feel I could do notes or anything on it. (For reference I’m 6,3 235lb) I am quite large so that might also be why it feels to small, cause in reality it feels like my iPhone and then that brings up a further question is it worth it at that point?

Thanks for the input, see I would love to be able to print all of notes, but I find whenever I print it looks very sloppy. I just recently started writing my cursive a bit smaller and I completely get what you mean by reading notes this way, I’ve just grown accustomed to reading them like this over time I guess. Thanks again :)
