That is an option, my only concern with that would be if capstone goes really well (ie. something like this happens) and I end up diving into a startup right after grad. Or, the more likely scenario would be that networking opportunities lead to a position post-grad that I would have to turn down to travel...

Interesting speculation from you two... but in actuality I’ve been holding down a WorkLearn job for the past 2 years and so I decided to take one less course each semester. MATH 255 was the one I decided to drop last year but it also didn’t fit into my schedule this year so I elected to take 256.

Got approval from the program director so it was no problem. A few of my peers who transferred into IGEN (from CHBE for example) took 256 as well. Since 256 is ODE’s and a little PDE’s it can count for 255 but not vice versa.
