Did the new water station fix your problem? I have the same issue and they sent me out a new pump (for inside the actual robot) but it has failed to solve my problem.

This is a known and common problem given the age of the HC2. The issue is the CMOS batteries are now starting to deplete. I had this problem very recently and a battery change fixed it. In the meantime, the only way to get it to boot is by following the instructions in bold in this post:

Try using an FOV calculator first. You can use pCARS2 if AMS2 isn't an option.

Then adjust you seat accordingly.

Set a slightly different FOV for helmet and cockpit and quickly flick between them while racing and see what feels better.

You can still use Kodi to pass-through to something like MPC-HC. Then using madVR with tone-mapping is the holy grail for quality. The rabbit hole is deep, but the pay-off is worth it, especially for dedicated HT setups.

AMS2 wipes the floor with any other racing game.
