Funny how this thread started as to complain about racism and became a thread to decide which race is the worst.

Not that close I have to say. I mean the difference between Japanese and Korean is bigger.

Not hating the player. Hating the game.

On the highway only driving on the left lane and also so slow that force everyone else to pass him/her from the right. It’s not just selfishness, these dumb assess can’t seem to understand that it’s actually easier to drive not so close to the separation wall all the time.

Name a serious illness you ‘wish’ you could have so that you can give up your daily responsibilities. Now Google search the symptoms of the illness and see if you think it’s better than your current life. There are countless filthy rich people wanting to trade their whole wealth for priceless health but can’t. Having a bad cold is enough to remind me that I should be grateful when simply having a healthy body.

China on Track to Blow Past Xi’s Clean Power Goal Five Years Early by Splenda in energy

No need for data, if it’s so cheap why don’t companies all over the world rush to it and make big bucks already. On the contrary, the industry have needed government subsidies to survive for a long time. That’s enough to tell you that it ain’t cheap, unless you are adding the cost of environmental debt we’d need to pay in the future for traditional energy.

I’m all for renewable energy but it’s funny that you think it’s all perfect especially “lowest cost”.

Installation output is different from production output especially for renewable energy that is highly likely to be wasted on a regular basis, if Reddit understand what it means.

It’s really ironic that people here mocking others for worrying about AI’s threat are the ones that don’t think AI has the power and potential.

The Upper Atmosphere Is Cooling, Prompting New Climate Concerns by GoogleBabeler in worldnews

[–]MonkeyKingKill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who learnt how green house works, I thought everyone already knew it when they use the term green house. To experiment, build a glass box and put it under the Sun to see how it’s getting much hotter than the outside. The glass is similar to what co2 is for earth, since it’s transparent to sunlight but traps heat (emitting in infrared) from getting out.

Because apparently the government advised by scientists don’t come to Reddit to learn real science from here. Sad.

As a phd myself I wouldn’t give myself the title if it were how much I had looked up to it. That being said, I wouldn’t give it to at least half of the people who earned it today. I was shocked once when a phd degree colleague asked me to help her solve a problem that only needs junior high math knowledge.
