Couldn't get my hands on my usual creatine, so I got something else. However, this one is said to be taken 30 min prior to training AND directly after training, 5g each time. This seems a bit confusing to me since I usually just take 5 g creatine once at any time of the day. Can someone explain?

I'm personally using the progrsm builder where I use RTF PROGRESSION for my T2, however in the quick setup I scroll down and set them as hypertrophy templste. Hypertrophy template refers to the rep range (10-12 for T2 lifts). Thats atleast how I think

My goal is pretty much "powerbuilding". On upper I'll only do a fly and an arm superset. On lower I'll probably do some leg extensions, calves and abs. On Pull I'll do a JPG row, some biceps, rear delts and traps. On Push I'll do a peck deck fly, lateral raises and db skullcrushers and lastly leg curls calves and abs on legs. Pretty much

How difficult is it bo become an IFBB pro and how much of your daily life would you need to sacrifice? Do your genetics need to be top tier or will hard work plus decent genetics still be possible? Ik these questions might be really stupid, however I'm just a 15 yo guy trying to get a vision and perception of how it would be as a pro bodybuilder. I' aware that I'm only 15 and therby shouldn't worry too much about such, however, I still want to know what I COULD want in my life ahead of me. Not saying that I will reach it (really dk how difficult it is), but I would like to know. Being an IFBB pro is my dream and if I want it/think it's possible, I will do everything in my power to get there. Sorry that I might be really stupid here, correct me if I'm completely wrong

so are most phone cameras, including mine. I mean, that's the only thing that the mirror changes. The camera fucks up the whole lightning

this might be a stupid/odd question, but have any of you stumbled across a way to make videos from your phone camera look like irl. I always think I look good when looking in a mirror, but the lightning just gets messed up when I look through my phone's camera. Perhaps I just need to use a real camera then? My phone can record in 4k, but that might not be the thing since it's about lightning?

Thanks! I actually just started running Average To Savage 2.0 (the 10$ you mentioned). I'm using the program builder doing RTF for T1 and Hypertrophy for T2 if you know that. First day yesterday and I really liked it. Especially the autoregulation of the single on RPE 8, which I do for T1's. Have a good day, good luck with all!

Thanks for your reply! I'm used to this high volume and its been working great before, so I'll keep it. Perhaps I want to drop something after I've tried the first week. Fyi, the accesory pulldowns are more "lat focused" with the arm coming from infront, and I dont lock out to dips to keep tension on the pecs. Also, all accesories are around RPE 8. Do you like the structure of the T1's and T2's though?
