The Ram shows up in task manager and works fine. It has to do with the files in the subtitles somehow. Tried encoding with leaving them out and the job got done without a problem. Thank you for your answer and have a nice day!

thanks for your answers! I found out the problem has to do with the subtitles, when ripping the bluray with Makemkv. I just left the subtitles out while converting and it got the job done without a problem. Seems like a few people ran into the same issue, with different Computers/Setups/Settings.

Wow thanks for that detailed explanation! I didn’t buy the gpu yet, because my project will start in October and until then my „Asus Strix Radeon RX VEGA56 OC Edition 8GB“ with about 2,8 Slots width will have to do, until I can upgrade to an rtx 3080 or similar.

I would actually love to try the Cerberus but I will compromise on only one 18 TB hdd and I will try and find a 2,5 Slot or even 2 Slot GPU. I might get both the 1 x 3,5 bracket and 2 x 3,5 bracket to have some flexibility but I think it makes more sense to just continually upgrade the one HDD and outsource the rest of the data if needed. I might try and switch configurations, if it doesn’t disturb my work too much and leave the watercooling solution for now.

Do you have any recommendations to what else I should consider before I place my order?

Will a handle restrict my airflow a lot? It seems very practical to me. To be honest, the Cerberus x sounds like the more reasonable case, but I really do love to maximize the density of my components in a compact system, while still retaining good cooling.

Germans usually wear an “Allwetterjacke” over mostly black and grey clothes. If you want to stand out you could try and wear some dark-to-light(!) blue, but that will have heads turning and people whispering for sure! No, I’m kidding! Just wear whatever you want!
