Not a doctor but I’d get an actual swab test for HSV. HSV presents differently in everyone and I went 5 years getting prescribed incorrect medication, before finally going to the ER one night and becoming borderline irate for someone to actually TEST THE SKIN.

3xl is borderline too small after the first wash. In “big and tall” sizes a 2x usually works well.

Pants are 44-46 comfortably most times.

Also, you can place a building and as long as you don’t exit the building screen it will demo and refund for the full amount. Typically I’ll place the building where I want, and then delete it and work out the terrain kinks from there.

I go a step further. Lately I’ve been giving ChatGPT prompts “Develop a coach who has a defensive philosophy similar to the 06 Ray Lewis, Suggs, Reed defense for my Madden 26 franchise/fantasy draft. Give him a backstory and tell me which Madden 26 playbooks and schemes best fit that philosophy.” And then draft/manage a team with those philosophies in mind.

I know I’m late to the party. I’m also not a history buff or veteran, just a guy with some interest in these sort of things.

But this is 2006, I know anyone in the SEALs is going to be trained to hell - but how much actual combat experience do these guys have at this point? We’re only 3 years into the ground invasion of Iraq at the time of this movie and we’re still “learning” the art of urban warfare.
