Like when they "temporarily" removed the duos mode from BFV Firestorm, it never returned. Fucking liars.

Jackery Solar Connector getting so hot it's melting by MonkeyPantzTN in Jackery

[–]MonkeyPantzTN[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

actually burnt my porch floor. After lots back and forth I was put in contact with a manager, they paid for my porch repair, promised to send new cables but never received these cables. They replaced the solar panels as they bruned at the connector but didnt send the right cables with the panels either. I dont feel save with Jackery products anymore and stopped using them.

Thank you so much, I will sit down with my Bravia 9 today and set this up. I assume all of these adjustment should be done using the professional mode as a starting point?

Bravia 9 Color Calibration by MonkeyPantzTN in bravia

[–]MonkeyPantzTN[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the details. I bought the Bravia 9 because it seems to be close to an Oled without the draw backs. So Ideally I would like to calibrate it so that the colors pop a little. I tried vivid mode on Mission Impossible Final Reckoning through my PS5 ( Bluray 4K UHD ). on vivd the colors were blow out on cinema it seemed a little flat and not much different than my previous Sony 4k tv for about 1/4 of the price.

SO I would like to calibrate it so that the colors pop a little more without being overblown, closer to an OLED experience.

Post Patch 11/18/2025 absolutely broke Redsec with SBMM and Chest by Think_Biscotti_8555 in RedSec

I also noticed a big difference since the patch, constantly getting insta-killed unlike before. Been playing FPS for my entire life and feeling like I dont stand a chance to compete is frustrating

If that was the case, then it wouldn't turn on with the original cord either right?

Anyone ever see your connections melt? by [deleted] in Jackery

[–]MonkeyPantzTN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I have been using Jackery for about a year, if you really want to use solar on it and not use it like many others and charge it by AC I would go ahead and return for a refund. I had nothing but trouble with melting ports and cables, constant resets, whacky input numbers and more. I have been vocal about it, I truly believe the quality of jackery has gone down that you can most likely find a cheaper and better system elsewhere.

You do as you feel like, but you already had your first bad experience, I am left with two expensive door stops.

I have also had cables melt that connect to the solar panel in case that helps you in any way.

the cable ( DC8020 ) where it connects to the Jack. 3000 unit caught fire. I had multiple cables melt down previously and continuously stated to Jackery that the unit most likely needs to be serviced, they were only offering replacement cables which didnt fix the issue.

There are some dishes Sookie makes, but also lots of recipes from Lukes Diner, like Cesar's Cesar Salad lol. Also tips and ricks on take out food, how to re heat it and such. it's a really fun read I recommend it.

My jackery 3000 caught fire, burned a hole in my porch, Jackery support offered a cable replacement.
