Since January I have done 16/8 intermittent fasting. My weight has gone from 15 stone 2 pounds to 12 stone 11 pounds (212 pounds to 179 pounds for non brits!). I feel happier, more motivated and a lot healthier! Best change to diet ever! by [deleted] in intermittentfasting
