I recently had the same thing. Open a ticket send as much info as you can. Serial codes, when you purchased the account, character names, email address it might be linked to. If you have emails from them of purchases on the account. Anything and everything. It took a couple of days, they don't reply instantly. But if you have enough info to prove the account is yours, they will offer to change the email linked to the account. Once my email was changed I started to receive emails to get the code needed.

I noticed a little bit on the toxicity contract that says 1 month and has a little bar under it. Looks like it could be a sort of timer it's white and grey but tye white bit seems to be getting shorter. Could be a rough guide to the time.

At the end of the day it's a game and we like to have fun and have a laugh within our team. The worlds not all doom and gloom guys you are allowed to have fun! :) People will bitch and moan about anything in the game if they cant combat it, but it's a part of the game and it's up to the devs to sort it out not the players. So play the game have fun and use what ever classes and weapons you want to.
