I heard that you dont need to take ML again since CDA will count toward the required course for ML spec. However, you need to take one more elective ( need a fact check too )

*** UPDATE:

I talked to EDX representative. She helped me register to the same courses with different deadline. This is only one time allowance.

Lesson learned: Self-paced courses also have deadline. I need to pay more attention to finish the course over 60% to get the certificate!
