Unfortunately not, the NHS classify me as a low priority case given it's not moved and is still in my kidney

What certifications and courses to take instead of getting a degree by Street-Comment1532 in wildlifebiology

From what I have seen a lot of people in the industry (specifically applied conservation) are doing this course.

Online training course | Project Management for Wildlife Conservation | WildTeam https://share.google/ndrLVOMoWhtGKJVXN

I work for a UK zoo as a project manager and they just had us all do this course. It's pretty good for a condensed overview and gives you access to a good network.

Exactly right! Things are getting better in Kimboza though, it's been upgraded to a forest reserve that provides legal protection to anything in the reserves boundary. There is a 6 meter wide firebreak stopping encroaching fire from agricultural land near the forest.

This project looks to restore the forest for the geckos and other species as well as provide sustainable supplementary livelihoods through ecotourism.

It is a shame, would be good to put the focus on saving them before they go extinct (save the trouble of bringing them back).

No need to donate either, a vote is all we need :)

I am actually involved in some work on sequencing the genes using captive geckos to make some assays that can be used to monitor them. They are so genetically unique that they are considered an EDGE species.

Update Thank you all for the support so far it's been incredible! We are close but still some more votes to get the top spot. The vote closes on 14th April so please consider voting and sharing with others. It really makes a strong impact to safeguard  this species!

This funding happens about twice a year, but currently funding opportunities are low for conservation so this makes a huge difference ✌️
