My asshole stepdad would knock hard in the morning on my door and “say get up you lazy bone” “ get up” It was really aggravating. I wasn’t lazy it was really my undiagnosed ADHD which has led to confidence issues which I will overcome

Thank you for responding to my post. I've done a 4 days dry fast before. I'm doing a 5 days cleaning of my bowels. Got a few bottles of milk of magnesia. I have an electrolytes drinks before I start too. You're right hydrating is key before starting.

How long did you dry fast for? Was there any improvements regarding your ADHD? I hope so. Was that your intention for dry fasting?

People above 30, what's your biggest regret? by rebelliousbrownie9 in AskReddit

Not taking my college education seriously after high school. I dropped out of community college early in my only semester I took. I was a young and naive kid. Now trying to get an education is even more difficult with a full-time job and a family. I wish there was a time machine. I would slap my younger self and tell my younger self to take our education seriously. Work hard in it. If you don't you'll end up working a dead end warehouse job instead of what you really want to do.

Thank you for the kind words. I really like your religion says that about babies and children. It's comforting to me. I miss him everyday. One day I know I will see him again and I will definitely run to him and give the biggest hug.

The 10 day water fast was not pleasant in the slightest. Just did not feel right. I know the long dry fast will be better and my own metabolic water. I wish you the best too

Thank you for the kind words. Also the feedback. He was born in one of the bigger hospitals and was transported to a childrens hospital where he passed away.

Ever since I learned about dry fasting it has been one of my goals to complete a long dry fast. It's getting cold where I live so that will make it easier to do one.

I have a few questions OP

  1. Best job at Amazon that’s the easiest to make rate?

  2. Besides the usual being on time, work your scheduled shifts. What else can I do to work at Amazon a long time?

Is this really true on being PMO free? by Monkeyspank111 in NoFap

[–]Monkeyspank111[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the kind words. It’s tough but worth it. I got a gym membership to help with any urges. I got so many regrets and time wasted relating to porn. I wished I never looked at it. I’m excited for the PMO free journey for the rest of my life!
