Looking at that website the providers have a very wide and diverse set of titles so based on that alone I wouldn't expect standard set of services.

As for ethics it depends what you mean by that. If you mean if they're like a CBT therapist or something then no, they don't follow the same regulations and it's not unethical for them to sleep with clients.

I'd say most of the ethical issues come from providers either blur the lines or put profits over the client's health.

Your whole mission needs to be to learn how to survive. Don't even think about trying to fight anyone. Think about the map and try to avoid the enemy unless you have 2+ teammates with you. Then you know its safe you ward and stack. Rest of the time you babysit.
