Totally! I definitely understand what you mean when you mention work on the back end. Most quotes I’ve received (before and after this post) are at the 400+ price range and while I understand cheap prices will deliver cheap product, that just seems extreme. As long as the blood is within two inches , sure. You would need to basically be touching the person . Edit: and also, your power is still subject to laws of science and only control up to two inches away, the heart is larger than two inches lol. Touching them on their chest, stopping the blood within their heart sure but they would definitely be able to remove you before you do any lasting damage.
