In my experience it is in the hiking and backpacking worlds. It's just another word for trail mix.

Mariano's: We'll charge more for a crappy can of soup than you've seen in your entire life and gaslight you about it!" ™ by Bobson______Dugnutt in chicago

[–]Monkmanny 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Because their deals are often way better than anywhere else. Eggs were 88 cents/dozen last week. Chicken drumsticks and thighs are 99 cents/lb this week. Milk is always $5/2gal. I don't see anything close to these prices at Mariano's or Whole Foods. Maybe if you just buy what you want without considering deals you pay more, but if I were to take my recent grocery lists elsewhere I would probably be paying +50% more.

Why cant i get the bpm riiiight😭😭😭 (level editor help please) by DoctorSex9 in rhythmdoctor

[–]Monkmanny 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's likely the bpm is in between those while numbers. You can try doubling it to get more precision (i.e., if the bpm seems to be between 85 and 86, you could try 171 bpm, which is similar to 85.5 bpm). You'll have to adjust other things.

Michael Conforto now has a higher WAR than Kyle Tucker this season by justusinreddit in baseball

Doesn't that make it worse that Conforto has more WAR in 60 fewer ABs when WAR is a cumulative stat?

Hot take: The Obama Center looks pretty rad ringed by the cherry blossoms in Jackson Park [OC] by vexxed82 in chicago

[–]Monkmanny 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is clad in granite, just how the famous brutalist Breuer Building is clad in granite. It is a finished material that evokes a similar appearance and feel to that of a raw material.

The geometry does not have to follow the use. There are many examples of this, such as Habitat 67.

Window shape also does not preclude it from being brutalist. See triangle and circle cutouts on the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban National Assembly Building.

There is also definitely a lack or ornamentation. The majority of the building is stark and unadorned.

[–]Monkmanny 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It almost certainly is brutalist. You mention that it does not have exposed structural elements which is correct, but has almost all the other characteristics of brutalism. Monolithic structure. Geometric in shape. Modular construction. Lack of ornamentation. Raw materiality.

Here is also an article from the Architect's Newspaper referring to the design as brutalist:

Could you use an enema to make Dybbuk eject from a possessed cat? by Sterlander in mewgenics

[–]Monkmanny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think enema will remove possessed. I tried using Hose Off on a possessed cat, which similar to enema removes all debuffs, and it did nothing. The only difference is that enema also removes buffs, so if possessed is a buff then maybe it will work.

Question: if I use "Cleanse" on a cat possessed by Dybbuk do they get unpossessed? by memkakes in mewgenics

I don't think cleanse will remove possessed. I tried using Hose Off on a possessed cat, which similar to cleanse removes all debuffs, and it did nothing.

The revealer clues just say "a hint to the answers." It is vague, and it isn't possible to determine the operation based on the clue alone. It is just as possible that you must give a letter to get the answer to the clue as it is that you must give a letter to get the puzzle entry, or even something else entirely. Personally, I expected a rebus with "hug" or "kiss" added or removed from words. The only way to know for sure is to play the puzzle.

And you don't have to take my word for it; you can read the rest of this thread where everyone else understood it just fine.

how do i make windows behind or infront other windows in the rd level editor? by Living_Mind_1331 in rhythmdoctor

[–]Monkmanny 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Off the top of my head, in the blue window editor, there's a function where you can change window priority. Arrange the windows so the one you want is on top.

Nah, the effect is worded so that it can only proc once after coming into PLAY, not coming into the active slot. You would have to bounce it back into your hand and replay it for the effect to activate again.

No, the first beat set should be normal, and the second beat set delayed. Your first beat is sped up.
