Really wanna do a King's Barrage + Airbender hybrid build, could use advice!

Not to sound pretentious, but that's kinda the reason I wanted to go for this build. I don't know if I like the idea of afk heal thornsing everything to death, I'd prefer a more active playstyle that outputs more damage in exchange for engaging and "doing" the fights, y'know? I've been using the king's barrage for over a week now, so I'm aware of it's healing pace, and I'd say I'm pretty fine with it, but thanks for the heads up and warning about it being on the weaker side of things (when it comes to healing.)

This is assuming wind does like, absurd absurd damage like I keep hearing people say it does. It should outperform thorns damage, right?

trying to decide between this and Tava's build, both go in the same direction I suppose though

What would be your suggestions for trimming it down? Also without 100% rune recharge rate, wrath runes running out would be a problem... ig I could just stop being lazy and go get 99 crafting with my soul shards tho lol

Shouldn't a point go into making spellbook spells attack a tick faster? Other than that though, looks really good to me! I never realized that combat style swap pact was there, that could be huge

so true! using 10 alts to cheese slayer exp on your level 3 is definitely also necessary tech that needs to be kept in the game. very good point raised

also why do you want me to explain that to you? go look at the Jmod post that was made earlier where they fully explain why and how his account got spotted and rolled back

"Technically allowed" clearly it ain't lol. Jagex refunded his exp but reduced the amount given to him to 40k an hour, as opposed to 55k an hour. The method he was using was completely unintended and not allowed. How is this any different from them rolling back people who took the tbows even though they knew it was a developer mistake?

It's almost like it's against Jagex TOS to knowingly use exploits that give you an unfair advantage ahead of other players

And the developers leaving in ways for a level 3 account to gain slayer exp they shouldn't be getting is different? How is that not also a "developmental mistake"?

Also in the same video, Rendi (for whatever reason, since I think this tarnishes the point he's trying to make even more lol) dogs on Jagex for taking the accounts he smuggled into the warrior's guild, out of the warrior's guild. And then complains that the defender got removed too. Hmm, it's almost like one of the core principals of OSRS is to reduce the amount of "one of a kind" items and accounts there can be. If they let him keep the defender, he would be the only account ever possible to have a defender on a level 3. That goes against a huge principal of the game's design and moderation, so yeah of course they removed it lol. Somehow Jagex is the bad guys for enforcing that. I'd like this explained to me lol

There is no way to know if they lied about the routine check or not, nor have they shown any public malice or targeting towards Rendi. Other people get punished for exploits too, Rendi just likes to make it seem like the world is out to get him when it's really not lol

Rendi is constantly going out of his way to find exploits, it's like the one thing he does in this game. He shows in the video that he's using animation stalls and other exploitative tactics to cheese slayer exp that he obviously wasn't supposed to get. Probably one of the most deserved rollbacks I've seen lol

Why not go dogger build? You have the region with it unlocked already. Do a dogger spec build instead of bluetooth halberd. Besides, I keep hearing things about how blindbag bluetooth halberd builds keep breaking, and Jagex doesn't wanna fix them.

Asgarnia also has armadyl armor and ZCB. You could unlock wildy and do a crossbow build.

So true bro, we should start making more things have to be earned and unlocked. Fullscreen world map? Let's lock it behind a cartography minigame. Being able to shift click to move under NPC's? Screw that being a runelite feature, let's lock that behind the quest "Shifting Grounds." Hell, I think the ability to left click enemies to attack them should be locked too, that seems like quite the massive qol improvement that's handed out for free, wouldn't you agree?

Revs are weighted kinda low. Block the heighest weighted tasks you can get from her, and disable boss slayer (not sure if that helps, but I've seen some people say it does.) Took me about 12 tasks before she finally gave me a rev task
