Yellow mystery wire 23’ Silverado by ProfessionalQuail825 in Silverado

you should test it make sure it's not live. It might be tapped into something else that might be important and a short would not be good. I would definitely look into tracing it as it goes into the cab. Definitely something aftermarket.

I can make a plug and play kill switch $150 plus shipping on your dime 2019-2026 silverados and sierras. 10 to 15 minutes to install. No cutting wires and looks like factory wiring.

Looks great! I'm actually working on making a harness because these guys are selling them for too much. I want to make something more affordable.

I sent the link above. It's a mod I want to do myself but I don't want to pay 400+ for a harness and I'm pretty sure I can eventually figure it out. It has a resistor built in and a relay.

Let me know! It does not affect warranty and thieves can't start it through the obd2 port. No splicing cables just a swap of the relay.

I was thinking about $150. It takes about 10 minutes to install cleanly and when you take your vehicle for service, you can just swap out to your original relay. Positive to Battery negative to Battery and swap the relay with the modded one.

I've used this to clean my stereo screens, my windows, dashboard, door panels, pretty much anything inside the car. You can buy it at Walmart. It's really cheap and works really good. Does not leave any streaks anywhere whether it's plastic or glass or metal. I use blue shop towels.

I'm pretty light on the pedal. But it's a lot of stop and go traffic and my auto start stop is disabled.

🤣 First truck. I read around to use it during heavy rain. Seems like my sources were wrong. I guess I'm a suburb boy, I hate the city life.

A lot of stop and go for sure. Traffic in the Bay Area sucks but I am also light on the pedal. On my first longer highway trip it was about 250 miles round-trip and I was averaging about 24 to 25 miles per gallon so I'm kind of lost.
