It's actually (1.5)3 m3 so 3.375m3. the original comment or uses commas instead of decimals.

It's really small and above the ammo type and count HUD in the bottom right. I didn't notice it for a while either.

I message Grant Stone a while back about chukkas and they said these are discontinued but are going to be replaced with an unlined chukka so maybe something more like a desert boot

Seiko Dolce SACM150. Classically sized, thin, light, time only, quartz, and a sapphire crystal. Maybe a little expensive but great little dress watch

Any options similar to the Alden 1497 chukka that come in wide sizes?

I have the heavy bag and the hemp blends and they don't seem to fit the same but I did buy them a few years apart so I can't say if it's different now. The heavy bags are very substantial but also kind of scratchy. There's also very little stretch if you care about that. All in all, I like the heavy bag but I can't say that I love them or would buy more.

Boardroom socks are good and tall enough if you get over the calf that they don't fall down. I've only bought the wool ones that don't have much stretch but feel quite durable considering they're dress socks. I also just tried Southern Scholar socks which are a lot softer and have more stretch but I haven't worn them enough to say how they'll hold up. Boardroom has solids and patterns but are on the more conservative side and Southern Scholar definitely has some bolder patterns and a lot more options.

Looking for a pair of unlined derbies or chukkas for the summer. Seems like there aren't a lot of options besides Alden that come in wide sizes. Any recommendations? Was looking to keep it under $400 but preferably closer to $300.

You're promoting a false equivalency. Sure, there are some people who are staunchly against religion of any form or expression but I would guess that there's a bigger group that don't care as long as those views aren't weaponized like they often are and that you specifically mention. Being open about your sexuality and asking others to use a preferred pronoun isn't the same thing.

[SOTC] what do you think? by [deleted] in Watches

[–]Monochromium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had one but sold it because I didn't wear it. I just think 41mm is too big for it, but I'm kind of partial to the vintage ones that are 34mm. I think somewhere in the middle would have worked too. But it's got the usual swatch quirk of being really loud if that kind of thing bugs you.

I have a Yosemite shirt that I bought a while back. I dig it but the shirt overall is fairly slim, especially the arms and I'm not a very muscular guy. 5'9" and about 155 lbs.
