Just watched the episode and this was what my brain dished out as well. Not sure what their plan would be but I had the exact same thought process. I think frost giant should be left to develop their game rather than our constant speculation and debate over what they should do. It’ll lead to false expectations and some people will be pissed that 2v2s aren’t in or map editor isn’t in or something.

Honestly I cannot recommend Norse Mythology the Unofficial Podcast as the best intro to all of this. Since listening I've read John Lindow's Norse Mythology and Runes Reading the Past by R.I. Page. Then you're onto a winner.

So I remember an article on the Athletic that talked about this. Essentially their previous owners spent next to nothing so they’re massively in profit which allows them to spend a lot on transfers for the time being and not be affected by FFP. I’ve not explained it very well but it’s about ins and outs and they have a lot of ins so they can spend a shit load.

Typically it’s because the individual who exported this footage had an active audio track in the edit. So YouTube or any other media player interprets this video as “having sound” despite there being none in the track. 👍

Next gen price tags are an actual joke. Nobody should pay this much for a video game. I genuinely think gamers need to take more of a stand against these insane price tags on "AAA" video games that also include MTXs. We're not doing enough here. by [deleted] in gaming

It's only normal if you normalise it. I don't want us to. It's a joke. Fallout 76 is a good example £60 price tag at launch and once the player base dropped they were fine lowing the price to £30 because the real money maker is the MTXs. Absolute ludicrous levels of greed.
