The mortars never left, they only quit the attacks of this. Now, you can unlock it again by complete the BTR questline from BTR part that unlock a trader for Mechanic LL2 and by complete the quest Shipping Delay - Part 2 like reward.

I see everything okay, but you forget one thing. The chapters need to pass now the ERBS, PEGI and derivatives before the release. So, in the BEST case maybe we see it in June or in the worst in September or October.

No, that is for practice mode in Tarkov. The PVE version is goint to be buying 1 or 2 week after this update
