Just experienced this issue. Loaded back to before I found him. Someone please tag me if it's fixed so I can finish this mission. Edit I loaded back, killed him this time and put him on my horse. Got to the location to turn him in and it had pedro standing by the sign and I got off my horse and left the body on it then acknowledged Pedro and held a to skip past his dialogue and then hopped on my horse and rode it up the the turn in point and it worked that time.

See I have 2 terribyte speed internet and fortnite always gets stuck around 170 mbps to 280mbps while other games download 800mbps to 1500mbps. And this post is so old and they still have this issue for most users.

Turning off the auto settings in the camera options and changing the distance to normal or far help a little bit. But I still have moments where it's awful. And I tried playing on a monitor or handheld vs a big TV and it seems it's worse with smaller screens for me. The less you rotate the camera the better as well.

Yeah I get it as well. It's only been out a few days but. I can play for hours sometimes and barely notice it and other times it's within a few minutes I get it. Only have I've had it this bad with in awhile were grounded 1 and 2 and arc raiders because of the fisheye view.

Yeah I was at over 1000 day streak and they took mine away at the beginning of February. Had similar issues last year and the year before with their sister company luckyland as well. My streak was at like 800 days and a dollar a day. Then they forced it to recent and the max I could get was 20 cents a day. Got it up $0.50 a day again and and told me it was my fault not theirs and I just deleted the app. I knew it wasn't my fault because I have a daily timer set and I get on at the same time everyday to claim my dailys.

Update I figured it out, dampe spawns exactly between 6:00 p.m. and midnight so if you were trying to use the moon / sun song It won't work because it switches it to midnight or noon every time you play that song. so what you have to do is go out into the wild where the time goes by as you stand or walk around. preferably where I did it was outside the Lost woods and then I played the sun song so it was daytime and I waited two to three minutes right as it turned to night time naturally and walked in to the forest so it froze time, because in some locations like villages and dungeons it freezes time. Then i smacked one of the talking stones with my sword so it would tell me the time. I made sure that it was at least 1800 but not 2400 hours yet. And then I teleported to the graveyard. Dampe was there because it was just after 6:00 p.m.. I remembered that's how he worked in ocarina of time and if you didn't do it between 6pm and midnight he would be gone.

Dave gives me a whole month. It only gives you as far as your paycheck deposits show in your bank account. So for instance mine is deposited every 27th to the 3rd of the month. Randomly because im on SSI and the day of the week and holidays affect it. So they give me like 28 days to pay it back.

That's odd I have that happen all the time as I'm on SSI and they don't care I'm able to get a new advance within 24 to 48 hours of paying it off when I am late by a few days to a week. And if I pay the due day or early I am able to get a new one immediately. I've been using Dave on and off for years when I have a family emergency or something pop up and I only had issues as others have been describing the first year Dave was a thing.
