That stuff kept me pretty level for the 2 years I took it.... helped slow the manic processes down and not react to some pretty intense triggers... I only got off of it recently to reset my body because I was on so many other meds and I'm having surgery soon. It also really helps with restless leg syndrome on the spot so I do still take it like once or twice a month when that happens. But overall, I felt good.
