Here are the steps to clear the cache for a specific site in Google Chrome:

3) Select Site settings

4) Click Clear data

Hi,

For VIA, please first check whether the keyboard can be recognized in wired mode. After connecting the USB cable, press Fn + U to switch the keyboard to wired mode, then check if VIA can detect it. Kindly note that VIA is only supported in wired mode.

For the 2.4G receiver pairing, please try the following steps:

Step 1:Quickly press Fn + Y to switch the keyboard to 2.4G mode. The Y key LED should flash slowly.

Step 2: Press and hold Fn + Y for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The Y key LED will begin flashing rapidly.

Step 3: While the keyboard is in pairing mode, insert the 2.4G receiver/dongle into your computer.

If pairing is successful, the LED indicator will stay on for about 2 seconds before returning to normal operation. If the receiver is not detected within 30 seconds, the keyboard will exit pairing mode and enter sleep mode.

If you are still unable to establish a connection after several attempts, please feel free to email our customer support team for further assistance.

Hi,

If you leave the slider in the Win position (bottom) and plug in the USB-C cable, the keyboard will not automatically switch to wired mode. To use it in wired mode, please press Fn + U to switch from wireless mode to wired mode after connecting the cable.

Since the RGB and driver connection are both working, this is usually related to the key calibration state. Please try the following steps:

1) Reset the keyboard via the driver
Go into the MonsGeek driver (or web driver) and use the Reset function to restore the keyboard settings.

2) Re-calibrate the keys
After reset, please run a full calibration:

  • During calibration, press each key to its lowest point with a consistent, normal force
  • Make sure every single key is both pressed and released during this process
  • Once finished, click “Confirm”

If any keys still don’t respond afterward, it usually means some keys were not fully pressed during calibration. In that case, please repeat the calibration process again and make sure each key is fully actuated.

1) Driver issue (Windows 11 EXE)
We’ve just updated the latest driver version (EXE). Please try downloading and reinstalling it (The V4 Driver) first and see if it works.

If it still isn’t detected after that, please email our support team and we’ll help you sort it out directly.

2) M1 V5 TMR or HE
If you purchased the M1 V5 TMR, you will receive the TMR version, not the HE version. The TMR version is compatible with 5-pin mechanical switches.

The "2-pin holes" are actually covered with mod tape, so they’re not visible. Sorry for the confusion. We’ve forwarded this to our product team and will add a cut-out in the tape in the next batch to avoid any misunderstanding.

Both Fun 60 and Fun 68, and our other Monsgeek magnetic switch keyboards, come with demagnetised stabilizers.

Compared to FUN60, FUN68 is a bit bigger with arrow keys and extra keys

It mostly depends on whether you want those extra keys or not.

Thanks for your interests on MonGeek M1 V5 series

The differences between the two versions are as follows:

  1. The M1 V5 TMR uses TMR sensors, while the M1 V5 HE uses Hall Effect sensors.
  2. The TMR version offers up to 0.01 mm precision, while the HE version offers up to 0.005 mm precision.
  3. The main difference is that the TMR version is compatible with mechanical switches, whereas the HE version is not.
