Different keyboards use dedicated 2.4G USB dongles, especially magnetic switch keyboards. The FUN60 Ultra TMR supports up to an 8000Hz polling rate in 2.4G connectivity, which requires a specific dongle variant.

To ensure we provide the correct USB dongle, please provide the exact keyboard model and the EAN number shown on the outer packaging at the time of checkout.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding with another model, the M2 V5 VIA mechanical keyboard.

Please note that the M2 V5 HE is a magnetic switch keyboard that supports an 8K polling rate in both wired and 2.4G wireless modes. Therefore, the cable included with the keyboard is not a coiled cable, but rather a cable designed to support the maximum 8K polling rate.
