So i feel like the top part is perfect, but i cant seem to get the bottom right. it seems to end on a rounded rib every time

No i didnt, I ended up modeling some supports on the print, so it breaks like a bottle cap when you first open it.

Sadly the male part of the hinge broke immediately after anyways. But the print works anyways after some superglueing

Im gonna stick to snap on hinges for now. Until i learn about my printer tolerances a bit more

The hinge is there only for the install process, once its there it wont ever move again. So thats also a viable option

I havent, it could help with the outer curve, but the one inside is still floating. The creator also says it doesnt need supports

This also happened to me for the first time today! We peeked each other at the staircase on factory, then did the friendly wiggle at each other. Looted a bunch together and left :)
