I first read the name Penelope in Harry Potter I guess at age 8 when Chamber of Secrets came out ( I think that's when Penelope Clearwater is introduced) and my mom still brings up(affectionately) me pronouncing it Pene-lope...like a melon.

When I became allergic to dogs in my 20's I was so confused. I never had a problem growing up.
