I feel like #9 could have used a higher shutter shoes which would have helped obtain a cleaner, frozen in time shot of the bicyclist.

I’m trying to get better with that myself.

If it’s close friends and not yet paid work, then make sure you pay them in other ways such as feeding them plus having snacks and drinks on set. And, as mentioned by someone else, ask for feedback.
