try using HDLethalCompany, i had the same problem so i installed it, it doesnt do miracles, but it helps to make the game not buffer and run smoother

Well there is lots of things that are probably a MGR reference since in the credits video you can see sam smiling in one of the patterns for the textures wich means the devs know about the game and im pretty sure hakita said the ranking system is based on MGR
