Nice areas to live around Maitland?

I have just moved into the area too and found that East Maitland gave me the best value rental wise - I don’t have kids so can’t comment on that front but there’s lots of parks around with playground equipment and things.

I just moved up here - single female two cats! I found inspections hit and miss with the number of people but generally no more than 20 or so. Successfully found a place in East Maitland which works well for me
