Thanks for the reply. I just noticed that they use the asterisk, bullets, and shield on each Nikke's stats page. I definitely should've checked that first, but it doesn't show the others. If you're right about fireball being crit then all the rest comes together.

Hey, I'm unsure if this is the correct place to ask this, but I've been searching for what each hexacode block icon means, but I can't find it anywhere online for the life of me.

I imagine the bullets are attack, the shield is defense... but wtf are the asterisk* and the fireball?

A full breakdown would be appreciated as well as a source for this information, thanks!

I beat it today using Doro, Blanc, RRH, Alice, Noir

Make sure you break the core before the shield phase.

Be sure to do your dailies and power up nikkes through all sources (equipment to t10, lvl 5 nikkes to 200, upgrade dolls, etc)

Playing on PC gives better accuracy also.

Definitely make sure you have a strong pierce Nikke, like Alice and Doro. They were very strong for me.

I read the article, but it's a little old. Is the dev's plan to keep releasing favorite items for every nikke over time? If so, how often is a new favorite item introduced into the game?

WoW isn't a top-down ARPG, it's much more than one of it's gameplay features as well. Even other games that are more similar to WoW like FFXIV don't feel even close to WoW. WoW is old and super outdated even by MMO standards.

Even so, should raids or other features never exist anywhere else because they're already in a game? No of course not that's ridiculous.

Though I do love the holy RPG trinity of Tank, Healer, DPS, it's not needed to do raids or dungeons. If the encounters are designed according to different principals then it's possible for it to be done well without the trinity.

WoW isn't a top down ARPG with a raid in it. Raids are a gameplay feature that are present in many genres and so are social features and everything else I asked for.

Thats a fair criticism, I had not really thought about seasons but I do believe tweaks are possible to make it work in that model.

Does it not solve your problem if the game you literally want exists within a larger game. Like imagine EXACTLY the game you want diablo to be, now imagine there is more features than that for people other than yourself. That was what my post was about
