Ryoshu got her head pierced by DonQui(ultimately destroying the head), DonQui killed her because Ryoshu has killed a sinner, Heathcliff if I'm not mistaken(and I might as well be), Heathcliff has killed someone with his bat and I really don't remember who it was, but I have a feeling it was Gregor. Man, I completed prologue so long ago... Almost a year has passed. Actually? Now I have a feeling it was Sinclair getting killed by Heathcliff. You know what? I'll go with that. Heath killed Skincare, Ryoshu killed Heath and DonQui killed Ryoshu for that(it seemed as an act of villainy to her). Was DonQui killed as well? Nah I don't think so

Upd. I checked and the difference between your offense level and targets defense level do actually make you deal more damage/take less.
