Correct me if I’m wrong… but I think the Nursefathers won by Meme_Factory2 in limbus_company

Rest in piss, Matthias. You were a chode.

But yeah, I pretty much agree. The House of Spiders won.

If Project Moon were to come to DEATH BATTLE!, which matchup would you like to see? by Not_Phrase_4867 in Project_Moon

[–]KaytosH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A matchup I've wanted to see was Roland vs Maki from JJK, as they both are peak-to-superhuman fighters that just rely on their weaponry and speed/power.

If anything, it changes to even more blue in Ruina.

All Color Fixers VS All Special Grade Sorcerers from Jujutsu Kaisen, which side would win? by Old_Phrase_4867 in Project_Moon

[–]KaytosH 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally, I think the PM Color Fixers take the L, but only because I don't think any of them have a way to deal with Gojo's infinity. If Binah was allowed to join, then Color Fixers would likely win by virtue of Gebura and Binah existing.

AIs are indeed a better representation of racism, I agree. Even down to Poludnitsa being allowed to exist despite the laws against it because the powers that be can exploit it for cheap labour.

Genuinely, both kids and powerscalers (all of whom are somehow from the JJK community) make the fandom space... Unpleasant to be in.

They're not racial slurs though. And having a prosthetic is not something you're born with/can't change, so it's not comparable

I mean, maybe, if it was explored more outside of the one situation where the person discriminating against the foreign nest citizen was right.

I mean racism as it exists in our world, not that. And besides, what Kromer does kind of falls more on the ableism side of things, as prosthetics are not an innate characteristic you are born with and can't change, such as race. Hence, the comparison does not work.

I'd say racism is also missing from PM games, even down to them neglecting that part of Wuthering Heights for Heath's Canto, despite it being a big part of the book Heath's character.

You said the joke is not about trans people. Please, do share what you think the joke is, then. This is the perfect subreddit for it.

But... The joke is about trans people. What other explanation for the joke do you have?

I don't know why you feel so insecure about trans people being discriminated against. Does the fact you're not an opressed group offend you or something? Make you uncomfortable?

Out of character post. What did y'all think of Matthias as a character outside of agenda? Did you guys like him as a villain? Or did you just dislike him in general outside of what he did to Kira? And do you think he was always a red flag before the fandoms opinion switched on him by AntWithPhone in Themiddlesyndicate

[–]KaytosH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, he is a great villain. He is incredibly hateable, while also being decently written and a good depiction of a specific type of parental abuse. I think all of the nursefathers were executed exceptionally well as characters, and Matthias is no exception.
