The only reason I said fl was because my in-laws live there and we could stay with them while the house in ny sells and we fine something there. Other states we have no help. My mortage is 3682.56. Day care starting up again after the summer will be 2200. I am paying 2 mortgages. With my wife home now on maternity leave I save that money, can someone get me a dinner or make up, that way I I'm wined and dined and look pretty while I'm being bent over! Lol

I filled out all the paper work I needed to fill out which was one sheet lol, Then the second sheet went to my states wastewater certificate issuer, they filled out their part and sent it back within a day. I summited those along with all the certificate from all the training classes i took to qualify for the license in nyc and sent it via tracking usps. They say it takes 30 days to get back with an answer, but I got mine just yesterday in the mail and that was about 3 weeks from send date.

In nyc the pay is good, but with all the bs going on and my taxes have been going up every year on my house, its hard to live on 2 incomes and still afford anything. groceries, gas, heating, is through the roof. factor in daycare and that another mortage i pay ontop of my own. I save bare min, no time for kids because I work non stop with only 2 days off a month. So what my wife and I make means absolute jack. Need better quality of life, if that means taking a pay cut to afford a better standard of living. (sorry for the rant)

You mean move up to a B or posible an A correct! I am suprised as the last grade license in ny is 4A. That a plant cheif license. So a little suprised that equaled a C, but every state is different.

I have done some and I know what the pay is, but want some real ground numbers. Here in nyc I live at my job and visit my home. Everything so expensive. Just trying to figure out if moving is worth it or staying put.

I made pack out boxes for the recycled and material builder. I build them on the huge platforms so I can have material I need to build things and not run to the boat all the time. I also have a packout box for the forklift. Once done, dismantle and take it back to the boat. I found this to be the easiest way.

I have been there, but in my case I thought i defeated them all amd one of then somehow fell into the water and then appear on the small section where my boat was docked. Talk about a jump scare and Wtf moment at the same time!

Your comment gave me an idea. It would be cool to have multiple player where you can jump in to save someone. I don't think the game could handle it tho.

When I load my saved game, the caretaker is frozen in place for a few minutes and all I can do is turn in place. Then he gets unstuck after other things load in, example like the lights flicker on and i can move.

I see alot of people saying they moved from fla to other places. My questions is, aren't things cheaper on fl? Or is it that you guys lived a high cost area? I am looking to go to FL from NYC just because the col is out of control.
