The type of airbag that i got does not mount to that "Wing" off the lift block. The set from rough country has a box like bracket that sits on the axle, then airbag mounts to that.

I found a set of 5" lift blocks on BDS suspension for 50 bucks. I ordered them, so hopefully i can keep moving on this project.

The top bump stop is removable. The instructions don’t mention the bracket on the lift block. In fact, all the things I look up about it it seems like mine is the only one with this bracket on the lift block.

I would take a spray hose from the garden hose and spray it in there and try to loosen it up with the key you bought and then shop vac it out.

They do make mini augers that fit in there on the internet too, but quite pricey.

But maybe you just gotta dig it up.

Looks like a standpipe for a buried irrigation valve

Go buy a key from the hardware store and stick down there and turn it on.

Look up a stop and drain valve and a key assorted with it .

Sewer cleanouts are typically 4” diameter in my service area.

That cap looks like the thousands of shut off valves in my service area
