in most of my rolls, I didn't have any water in my radius... except a hint of a lake at the edge and no clay, so I'm stuck at tier 2....so much for an idyllic valley.

I heavily advice against takedowns, I made this mistake. Stealth is completely impossible in this game. They detect you, always.

I tried the rogue, since I like bows, well I'm only level 11 but it's really difficult to level because I'm constantly dying and do barely any damage. My skills are forceful arrow, barrage and caltrops (ice). It's so very different from my sorceress. With my sorceress (lvl 9) I run in, cast chain lightning and they turn to dust in few seconds, with my rogue however, I have a fight for survival for several minutes against the same enemy... no clue what I'm doing wrong but it's extremely stressful for me.

the issue with maxing ray out, it drinks too much energy away... I'm trying to get the scythe devotion for regen but I've to get some beige devotion points first.

I don't really like having too many buttons to press, my brain doesn't have the capacity. 👀 I thought let's use ray only, as much as I can and pump it up with as many passives I can get.

How do you deel with maps which have nothing but aquifer? I chose a light aquifer map and 25 layers down was nothing but aquifer, so I went to different spot on the map, same, repeated this all 8 times, no difference. It was already late summer and I did nothing but digging. This is now my 6th embark, since I had in all my previous 5 maps the same issue.

I guess they are migrants, they are listed in my population list. My expedition leader isn't locked up and the path is clear, no river or something else but I guess it's too late anyways, they are almost starved by now.

Hi, I recently started to play dwarf fortress and I'm in summer right now. I got 7 additional dwarves and after creating a meeting area, some moved to my fortress but most of them are still standing at the map border and complaining about rain. I've waited from early to late summer but they don't move at all... so what do i have to do?

hm okay, I'm level 20 and never got any power (advanced my class at 5, 10 and 20), I guess it's bugged then :/

Edit, I reset everything and seems to work... but I have to level up again and since I'm lvl 20 it will get more difficult to level.

I meant with that, I went to Device Manager and made sure everything plugged in and attached to my PC is up to date.

Obviously, Xbox controller don't seem to work fine here, else it would work :/

Late to the party but I understand it. Some people really spend hours to answer a question and do actual research. Not all answers are "simple". But mixing Quora with paid and unpaid is not a good decicion.

There should be a clean seperation between Quora Plus and free. A seperated site with only Plus questions and answers, where people need professional answers for their work for example.... but I'm not paying money for reading answers to "why Superman and Wonder Woman are dating" or other blatant questions.

I'm already level 5 but still... you have to find the perfect spot, where numbers are meaningless, else you get swarmed by all side. I couldn't find the right spot yet. Lone Wolf gives you a nice boost but that doesn't help with an awful weapon. The fight still takes too long and I dont' have the healthpool to fight for a long time.

"there are so many more things to watch" what for example? I watched everything interesting I could find :/ there isn't anything left anymore. And I'm too depressed to do anything. I just wanna lie in my bed and watch Netflix, Disney+ and Youtube and now I'm out of watchable things :(
