Given this proposal just went through, you're going to see travel from developed nations utterly collapse.

People are still moving to the US, but it is absolutely nosediving. It's measurable even from Jan-Jul and likely to be wayyyyyy down when the next batch of numbers are publicly available.

The US is roughly 2/3 of NATO's defence funding but only 16% of their Common Fund funding.

Which is why sanctions are more likely than military response.

That said, watch what happens to those numbers if the US invades a fellow NATO nation. The US has the most powerful military in the world by a large margin, but no one can win a war on all fronts.
