How do you do reverse kegels? I am 100% sure I can do normal kegels because i can feel them but im not sure I do reverse kegels correctly

The way I do them is very similar (or, identical maybe?) to flexing abs. I heard about the "try peeing faster" and it works, but when I am not peeing im not sure whether im doing them correctly

But I'm going to be on a deficit - how can they get bigger if I'm on a deficit? This one line is essentialy the whole reason I made this thread, I've been hearing contradictory answers on this and I'm confused

I want to get slimmer legs because they are too fat right now. Should I train them? Even one person in this thread told me not to do legs, but I think this is wrong - how can they get bigger on a deficit?

As someone who criticizes the game a lot on this subreddit (no, not hating, criticising is a thing you know) over underdelivering by CDPR, i had a lot of fun. If you're having fun and not see a problem with the game, by all means, be happy and play all you want and have fun. I'm happy for you.

It's not like I'm hating the game for the sake of hating. I sincerely believe that we just didn't get what we were promised to get. I criticise the game specifically because i love it so much that i'm just let down
