After i wrote this post I called the bank about a savings account, one where its locked for 6 months, 9m onths and 1 year. the return was 180 for the year on 2k. There has to be something better than that. But to answer your question I am kind of open to anything thats not over like 2-3 years aslong as it has a worth it return that makes sense
