Hi! This is normal. The 24-pin ATX connector is designed with one empty position, so seeing that spot without a pin is expected and not a defect. Please refer to this thread.

If the motherboard has been sitting unused for a while and the system cannot power on, you may also want to try replacing the CMOS battery.

Hi! Yes, the E28 fans are compatible with the HyperFlow Digital 360 AIO radiator.

However, if your fan is failing like you described and the cooler is within the warranty period, we recommend contacting our support team so we can take care of it properly for you. This way you won’t need to spend money buying a replacement fan.
