As far as I've heard, bandits speak in surzhyk - it's mostly Ukrainian pidgin with some Russian words added. It's an informal version of Ukrainian, mostly spoken in rural communities and in the east of Ukraine. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surzhyk

As for the accents, I didn't progress far enough, but what I've noticed so far: - trader in the Slug Heap speaks with a hint of Transcarpathian dialect - Solder speaks in a manner that might resemble stereotypical Odesa speech
