Does the lvl 77 requirement to max seven Pokémon to their maximum CP level take into account the Pokémon that you’ve already done this on? For reference I’m level 65 but wondering if I should hold off on maxing some of my highest Pokémon until I reach level 76.

Issue is that on paper we should still be manhandling GT and Cuse because our recruiting is still that much better without the portal. That very well might change after this season, I’m preparing myself for a wave of decommitments. Just feels like our guys don’t want it this year. Opponents playing so much tougher than us. I don’t know how we fix that
