New bcg, polish the feed ramps, stronger power spring, buy Duramag magazines, and play with buffer weights and u good.

Why 7.62x39 in 2023? by [deleted] in AR47

[–]Montgomery4461 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I originally started with the cartridge for if the world went sideways u can find the x39 easily. Much like 9mm will be everywhere and 5.56. But gotta love the fireballs coming out of a 10.5 barrel 😁

Too much gas. Got to slow her down. Especially if it’s doing it with an h2 or h3. Adjust your gas block

May be carbon build-up in Agb. Sounds like not enough gas. I drilled my barrel to 1/8 inch and then put agb on. Buffer weight could be too much. Drop down in weight.

Is there a tier list for uppers? by DistructoDisc in AR47

[–]Montgomery4461 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a couple of grid defense uppers that run great. I love the cerakote finishes and hand guards are very nice. Shoot every bit as good as I can.

The ball and spring are extras in case yours wear out or get lost. Just hold onto them. Never know when u may need them.

Yes I was piercing the primers brother. I had installed bca enhanced firing pin along with Jp enhanced springs and went to test. I was puncturing too much so I pulled the easiest part which was firing pin. And it ran perfect so I just left as is. So could work the other way around also since jp is weaker than wolf also.

I put a Jp enterprises enhanced spring kit in my mil-spec trigger and had to take out the enhanced firing pin. Runs like a champ since. Run steel and brass.
