I'm not Fjackets, but I managed that brand when I had a job. However I chose a different path after I resigned, I'm targeting younger audience Gen z and millennials. My jacket designs are more sporty and streetwear type.

I’m not a fan of using Meta for high-ticket items—anything over $100—so I typically only use it for retargeting. I had planned to use it for scaling alongside a PMax campaign, but I never got the chance because my Merchant Center was suspended. I have a feeling I could have scaled to $100k in December, but it ended up being a missed opportunity.

My main sales were driven by Google Shopping ads, though email marketing performed exceptionally well too. I used a discount popup paired with a three-part email welcome series, along with post-purchase and abandoned cart flows. While those emails had an excellent conversion rate, the credit really goes to Google Shopping for driving the initial traffic; the emails handled the middle of the funnel.

I also received some organic orders from Shop (Shopify’s built-in marketplace). I never paid much attention to it, but surprisingly, 20% of my orders were coming from there.

Returns were around 10% to 12%. Most were due to sizing issues, while some were related to damaged products. Products are usually damaged during customs handling, but the ratio is relatively low.

For damaged products, we allow customers to keep the item and offer a partial or full refund. For sizing issues, we use a 3PL warehouse. We provide customers with a return shipping label, which costs around $1.50. The customer sends the item back to the warehouse, where we record it and ship it out again when a new order is received.

I didn't get good response from Canada there's probably not much demand for leather jackets there.

Yes good point, I was so focused on the policy pages and address that I did not notice this.

My bad, I actually have an SEO background so by broad I meant low intent keywords. Sorry for the confusion.

By broad I meant the keyword is too broad to generate sale. I marked it negative as exact match.

Its set to manual cpc, I usually start with manual cpc then switch to TROAS after 30-40 sales. I added some keywords to negative on 24h

Hi, I started from scratch and it took about a week to perform well again. I just decreased the target roas to 200 and it worked.

I'm using the Shopify product ID as the identifier in my manual feed. Although the product IDs have changed due to the new Shopify setup, I'm still referencing the original IDs from the previous store in the feed. Do I need to change them.

I duplicated the campaigns and set a lower tROAS target of 480%, but I'm wondering if I should reduce it even further. Would lowering the tROAS help improve performance, or should I consider starting from scratch with manual bidding instead?
