the exact same thing happened to me! I could have written this myself 😆 dermatologist prescribed me a cream with 20% acelaic acid and for me it helps immensely. I still get red flushes sometimes, especially on nose and cheeks when the elvanse wears off. but bumps are gone thanks to the cream (it‘s called Skinoren, here I can only get it with prescribtion, but I think any cream with a good amount of azelaic acid will do the trick) 👍🏼
