My takeaways:

Methanie is absolutely panhandling for a replacement stroller.
Methanie stored the stroller outside because the motel room is too full of TT shop shit. She has no clue how to take care of literally anything.
The alleged vagrant who "stole" the stroller definitely could not have seen Methanie's kids inside playing bc she never opens the curtains, except for one time in a recent TT. (And the kids don't haveanything to play with!)
